Once our laboratory has cut the lenses to fit your specifications, we'll try as hard as we can to get your glasses to you as fast as possible.
How long will my order take?
Once our laboratory has cut the lenses to fit your specifications, we'll try as hard as we can to get your glasses to you as fast as possible. The estimated delivery times for in-store and home delivery orders are listed below.
In Store Order: An in-store order will arrive within 5-7 business days. Our team will contact you once your glasses have passed quality control and are ready for pickup.
Home Delivery: Home delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on location. However, you should allow up to 7 additional days for Northern & Remote Regions. Shipping from our Canadian British Columbia warehouse is around 2-7 business days, depending on where you are located. See the table below for location and estimated delivery times for each.
