We offer eye exams performed by an optometrist in all our Canadian
stores. Depending on your age and the province you live in you may be
able to receive some coverage by the provincial government. If you are
not eligible, our eye exams are available for a fee depending on your
province.

Please note that the coverage and ability to
direct bill for eye exams vary between provinces. If you have any
questions about direct billing, please reach out to your local store.
Unfortunately, we do not offer or test for contact lenses at the moment, but we may in the future.
Prescription sunglasses are not included in the two pairs from $199. In-store, you will be able to add polarized or tinted lenses at an additional cost.
If we have tested your eyes in-store, your optometrist is more than happy to give you a copy of the results.
We do not offer discounts through third party sites. If we have a promotion, we will contact you via our mailing list or post on social media so you get the best deals available.
Your pupillary distance (PD) is the distance in millimetres between your eyes from the centre of one pupil to the other. This measurement is used to determine the location of the optical centre to position your new lenses correctly.
Your optician will measure your PD when you place a glasses order in-store.
You can return non-prescription over the counter sunglasses for an exchange within 14 days if you wish to change your mind so long as they are in brand new and saleable condition with the original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges or accept returns for a change of mind on any other product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to use an expired prescription to produce new glasses. The eyes can change and it’s always good to keep up-to-date with all eye health checks.

Yes, we do! You can upgrade to prescription sunglasses for an additional cost per pair. There are various custom colours you can choose from.

Due to insurance provider restrictions, we are not able to claim for non-prescription items via private health insurance in-store.

We start production as soon as your order is placed. If you placed your order in store, most prescription orders arrive to stores within 5-7 business days.
If you placed your order online, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery to your home can take 7-14 business days, depending on location. Please allow up to 7 additional days for Northern & Remote Regions (YT, NT, NU). Production takes 5-7 business days, then shipping from our Canadian BC warehouse is 2-7 business days, depending on location.
Once our laboratory has cut the lenses to fit your specifications, we'll try as hard as we can to get your glasses to you as fast as possible.
We recommend allowing up to 7 business days for your order to be ready for collection in store. If you are having your order posted to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Home delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.
