"I visited Oscar Wylee Optics at Chinook Mall and was very impressed with the service. The doctor was extremely kind, took the time to clearly explain the reasons behind her recommendations, and kept the interaction both friendly and professional. The staff also made sure that both my insurance and my wife's insurance covered most of the costs, which was a huge help. Their frames are stylish, lightweight, and fit my face shape perfectly—something I usually struggle to find. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend their services. Since my vision hadn't changed, no one tried to sell me new glasses. "Nav who is the optometrist, was very helpful with my progressive glasses. She helped me figure out how to see with these new lenses. "I had a lovely experience with the optometrist and she was wonderful and I was extremely satisfied with my exam. Front staff were okay but I didn't get the same great exchange with them. I was given grievance for asking for a simple change which I didn't appreciate and when I picked up my glasses they barely said two words to me, and I felt like they didn't care if I was leaving a happy customer or not. I don't know what I would recommend based on that customer service."
