“The staff was very friendly. I went here for my yearly diabetes check up. I followed my optician here from Londonderry Optical. I do have an appointment for my regular eye exam on Tuesday Mar. 12th. I will review them again in regards to this appointment at a later date. The staff at Oscar Wylee was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. “They have a very great optometrist! Dr. Ashley is so wonderful. The only thing I didn't like about the place is, some of the staff are very cliquey. I had an appointment but the person in the reception made me feel like I was bothering her. Anyway! Dr. Ashley is the best, I will give 4 stars because It felt like I was bothering the reception people. Staff is not very friendly to POC clients.”

“I went to get my daughter’s prescription glasses at Oscar Wylee in Fairview Park Mall Kitchener. It was to buy two for $299 and she got the good colours for her glasses. Sales associate Yash was very helpful and attentive while we were looking at that time. He helped fix my daughters glasses (broken by accident), he went above and beyond to get them fixed in no time. “I had a lovely experience with the optometrist and she was wonderful and I was extremely satisfied with my exam. Front staff were okay but I didn't get the same great exchange with them. I was given grievance for asking for a simple change which I didn't appreciate and when I picked up my glasses they barely said two words to me, and I felt like they didn’t care if I was leaving a happy customer or not. I don’t know what I would recommend based on that customer service.”
